Goodbye 2011...hello 2012!

2011 has been a pretty good year for my hubby and I.
There has been so many things happen that I literally can't list all of them,
so I'll list the ones that I can pull from the top of my head.

1. We finally moved into a house, instead of renting apartments.

2. This summer Bryant quit a job he had for almost 5 years and another part time
job that he had just picked up for a WAY better job!

3. I got promoted from part time sales associate to full time Management at my job.

4. We adopted a sweet little chihuahua, Aspen. She's been a great addition to
our little family.

5. I met Jason Castro...highlight of my life...okay not really
but pretty dang close! He's gorgeous!

6. Bryant and I joined the iPhone world, HAHA

That's all I can think of right now...I can blame watching Kendal Kardashian's Sweet
16 as my thought blocker.

Here's some things I couldn't live 2011 without.

1. Of course my hubby. Although he can be a huge
pain in my booty, I couldn't have made it through without him.
<3

2. My Family <3333

3. My friends :) <3

4. My iPhone.
It changed my life...maybe haha

5. My sweet fur-babies
Nelle, Marleigh, and Aspen

6. My Erin Condren Life Planner.
I love it so much and everyone needs one!

7. My iPad :]]

8. Lastly...my job...gives me some extra spending money.

I hope everyone has a wonderful, fun, and safe New Years!
And I hope that you all have many blessings in 2012!!

Lazy Friday

Today I got to enjoy most of the day cuddled up in bed with
my darling hubby watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
and shopping on E.L.F cosmetics. They are having some pretty good
deals right now and I just couldn't pass it up!

Right now on Elf you can get the 11 piece cosmetic brush set for $2.12
when you order at least $ 20.12 worth of products, or you
can get free shipping on orders of $25 dollars or more.

CRAZY STUFF!!
So of course, I went with the brush set. I know I'm going to love it.
Their cosmetics are so inexpensive and most of them work pretty well.
I'm a huge fan of their brushes (most of them are within the 1-3 dollar range),
their complexion perfecter palette($3) and their make up set in spray($3).
You can't beat that, especially for products with good quality.

This time I also order this blush

This is the first time I have ever tried their blush so I'll have to write
a review on it once it comes in. But I'm pretty excited to test it out.

I have decided to take a 30 day no spending challenge.
I'm going to not spend any extra money in the month of January.

I can only spend money on bills and the absolute necessities.
I know this is going to be pretty nerve wracking for next few weeks,
but in the end it's really going to pay off.
The reason I want to take this challenge is because I want to
start working on my closet/office room. Right now we don't have the
space to actually have a room set up as a closet, but I'm going to
buy a few pieces of furniture that will fit in our bedroom that I can use now.

I will start off with this...
but in an almost black color. This will hold my handbags! :)
Then I will get something like this (also in an almost black color)

To hold my shoes..
Both of these can be purchased at Ikea

online or in store.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday night!
Thanks for stopping by!
